There are businesses and there are businesses. As you leave Rockett Collision, a sign is posted in which it states that 'we understand you have a choice' where you do business. It isn't just a sign. The owner lives by these words. We found them in need of repair to a car after it was struck in a two-car accident. While the other driver (at fault) was to pay, payment was delayed but RCR worked with us to get the repairs done faster, and the owner then taught my son how to look over/approve the work that was done on his car, along with a few other life lessons.
Additionally, the mechanics also spoke to my son. The overall experience goes beyond a 5-star satisfaction rate. RCR restored my faith in private/local businesses, fairness, quality work and just good 'ol fashioned customer satisfaction. Where's the 10-star button??

I've been meaning to review my experience here for a couple of months now. I got a deep 6-inch +/- scratch in my new truck at the local Walmart parking lot. I got a couple of estimates and decided to bring it to Rockett Collision Repair based on Kelly's honest approach and explanation of what to expect. I appreciate the professionalism, expertise and the reasonable price. My truck looks brand new again. Thank you Kelly for being one of those, sometimes hard to find, stand-up businessmen!

This is the third vehicle I have brought to Rocket. They did such a great job on the first vehicle I will go no place else. I recently brought my Ford truck in with body and suspension damage. I knew they would do a great job on the body, but was concerned about the suspension. The truck looked brand new and drives better than it did before the wreck. When the owner brings it to you and is excited about the work they did, that tells me everything! They don’t just fix it, they make it better and take pride in doing that. There are few true craftsman left in this world....but Rocket is one of them. They set the standard in collision repair!!!
