We received amazing service from the entire team here! Sklyer was very helpful. She supported me through every step of the process. I had an idea of what I wanted and she helped make it come to life. She was patient through my indecisiveness. She made several recommendations based on my concerns (safety/durability of a solitaire ring). If you are ring shopping, I highly recommend stopping by and working with her. If you don't see something in the store that you are interested in, she can help you through the design process! It's worth noting that the entire team is great! Ashley was great and assisted in making my perfect ring!

Wiley's has such a peaceful environment. Carolyn worked with me throughout the whole process. I had a diamond ring that needed to be reset. The customer service was superb. The workmanship was top of the line. And the price was right. I drove 45 minutes because of the reputation of this place. Was greatly satisfied!
