(November 16, 2019, 12:47 pm)I took my girls here to get their ears pierced. The manager Sarah greeted us with a smile and offered to help us out. She was patient and kind through the whole experience. She really took the time to make my girls feel comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better person to do their first piercing.
(July 27, 2019, 3:05 pm)Today I visited Claire’s for my earring replacement, I had issues with my first ear piercings so I had to switch them. The store manger (Sara) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and gentle with me. I was extremely happy and confident with her service/treatment! I should’ve came here from the beginning!
