(July 12, 2023, 5:06 pm)We had a consultation and Alicia assisted us with the visit. We met with the Dr. as well. The appointment was efficient, informative, and everyone was very helpful and cheerful. I walked away with all the information I needed to make the right choice for our family.
(June 27, 2023, 5:51 am)Alicia with iKids is fantastic! She is always so helpful and always makes us feel welcome whether we are at the Arlington or Waxahachie location.
Our son has been wearing Invisalign for over six months now and he had experienced his first set that had broke (by his own doing).
When we went to pick up his replacement tray, I had asked Alicia to remind my son how to take the trays in and out. And, rather than just use words she went and retrieved the prop showing the teeth and Invisalign attachment. She took the time and displayed for him the right way on how to put the trays in and take them out. And, then had my son do it. He did it exactly right! He smiled. And, so did Alicia!
Thanks Alicia for always being so encouraging, patient, helpful, and caring! You are awesome!

My daughter wasn't emotionally ready for braces and they canceled the plan no issues and offered monthly visits for her to learn more about/get comfortable with the idea. This is why I drive an hr out of my way to bring my kids here.
