“Please let me share the best kept secret in Waxahachie! I have insurance but the providers on my plan would not respond to me when contacted. I knew I had a bladder/kidney infection that wouldn't go away on its own, so out of desperation, I walked into this Spanish-speaking clinic knowing they did not accept my insurance. I also do not speak Spanish. It was not an issue. I'm never sick and when I am, I am a pain in the butt. Maybe we all are when we don't feel good. I have never been so impressed with a medical clinic as I am with this one - all the way from the front desk, to the nurse assistant, to the 2 different doctors I've seen. The language barrier was NEVER an issue. If all clinics were as kind, helpful and caring as these people, our world would be a better place. Major clinics could learn a thing or two about the way this clinic takes care of its patients. If you have to go out of pocket, their fees are extremely reasonable. They are open 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Who does that?! They do! I've sat with elderly people, young people, babies and teenagers in that waiting room and we were all taken care of. I'm not easy to please and I don't like doctors. I LOVE THEM! Do not hesitate to take yourself or a sick family member to this group. They listen. They care. They are responsive. And they follow through. Ticks all my boxes. Kudos to an outstanding team! Muah!!!!!”
