I find this clinic simply spectacular. The nurse practitioner here has helped me through a myriad of problems with my mental health medications in particular, which I greatly appreciate. I had numerous issues with my medications at first, until we found the right match for me, and she was patient and knowledgeable through it all.
The office staff has always been kind and helpful to me. They answer my phone calls and call me back expediently, especially when I need a prior authorization for a medication or am having issues with my medicine. They know me by name and treat me like family. The counselor here is available by telehealth, and this has been wonderful for me and keeping up with my own business. I cannot recommend this facility enough.
They do charge for a missed appointment or not showing for an appointment, which as someone else in the healthcare field, I completely understand. When an appointment time is booked, no one else can be seen during that time slot whether the patient comes or not. When there is a wait for practitioners, that is a loss of revenue for the practitioner and hardly thoughtful of other patients that could have been seen during that time.
It seems quite easy for people to take things personally in the mental health field in regards to money, for example, but this office has always treated me well while I still have to realize that they are a business.

I've been seeing Barbara for several months. She has always been able to understand and pinpoint the root cause of my feelings and made me feel at ease. Her staff is welcoming and even calls if they have any problem with getting in touch with my pharmacy. And I especially love that I can do a skype session with my busy schedule.

This office genuinely cares about the patient's well-being. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this office and its providers to others.
