It reminds me of the service we used to get "back in the day". I just completed a mortgage with Yolanda and it was the best process I've ever dealt with in the home finance industry. This place is a bank you can call home. That really says it all, First Financial is the bank you can call home and be treated like family. “First state bank has bent over backwards to accommodate us and our business. They have been the most faithful business partners we could have ever asked for. We may not even still be in business had it not been for them. We tried a few other local banks, but First State gave us the personal, small town; face to face; know every one in the bank’s name feeling we were looking for. So often if I an issue I can send a quick email right to the person in charge of my issue and have a response back immediately. Or pick up the phone and be speaking to a human who answered my question after the first ring… How many banks can you say that about anymore? We are eternally grateful for First State Bank! “This is a great bank. The customer service is Great. Always nice to you at drive thru and the office. They close a 3 and i called and told them i woild not be there till about 315 and they told me to call when i get there and they would let me in so i could do some paper work with them. No issues here im not sure if these bad reviews are real or people got the wrong bank. I highly recommend them. Even got my cousins and sister on here because of the customer service.”
