“I’ve been to Family Smiles of Ennis twice in a week, and both times I’ve had very positive experiences! The staff are very friendly and personable, especially Chelsea! She has helped answer a lot of my questions and gotten me all squared away with the appointments that I need. The atmosphere is also very welcoming, which I really appreciate as going to the dentist can often be a chore. For both appointments I was seen by Dr. Patel and she is wonderful! She is knowledgeable and kind. During my first appointment she told me that I needed a root canal (my first) which was very intimidating, but she was very reassuring and positive! I saw her again today to receive a temporary crown for my root canal and overall my experience was very positive. I appreciate how Dr. Patel explains what she is doing and how she pays attention to whether or not the patient is comfortable!”

“Went for a VA appointment recently. Staff was very nice and friendly at the front desk. Ask for Mrs Jaimi, she’s super patient, she listened to everything I was trying to explain, helpful, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Would recommend. Staff was amazing. The interior of the building is showing some wear and tear, that’s to be expected if I had to have a gripe. 4.9 I guess.”

“Im not the type to leave reviews but i read them and that's why i will take a moment to share my experiences. All three of my children have this pediatric establishment.We all relocated here in Waxahachie from Dallas and I was concerned about switching but definitely glad I did. Both of these doctors have gone above and beyond in diagnosing/caring for my children. They take the time and keep it personal while staying serious. It's always a pleasant experience to not have to wait an extreme amount of time to be seen also. My middle child is high risk/special needs and they are very accommodating in letting us wait in the car giving us a call when a room opens up. Everyone we have encountered here has been genuinely helpful and caring and that's a very rare quality/the very reason we come back. Knowing my kids are in great hands is exactly what any parent hopes for.”

I see Dr. Susan Houge and she is amazing. I have also seen Jerika and they both always show so much interest in my health. The MA’s are always very good and always treat me with care. My husband and oldest son see them as well and my mom is scheduled to see them also. I have considered myself blessed to be in the care of Dr. Puckett and staff.”
