“I’ve been going to this clinic for a year every week since 2021 August. I started with a pain level 8 in upper shoulder and neck, lower back pain. Fibromyalgia. Mentally and physically I was spent from being in pain every day which also kept my moods low and activity level low. For my experience this place is loving, kind, considerate, friendly and understanding. More important they are committed to your well being and supporting on many levels. I love everyone there. Im now down to a min level of pain to level one 8/2022. They keep their word but you but you also have to follow your part of making you a better you.”

“I needed a same day appt for severe abdominal pain that I suspected was gallbladder pain. I got in with Dr. Ferguson and she did blood work and recommended I go to the emergency room. Thank goodness I did, I needed my gall bladder removed and needed it removed ASAP. Dr. Ferguson was wonderfully kind and compassionate and took my concerns seriously instead of writing things off as “a virus”. Her office called for a follow up to see how I was doing and I will be using her regularly from now on.”

“I don't often eat at McDonald's but I was driving to the Austin area from Allen and needed to stop. I had my dog with me and he needed a break. This location was right off the highway so super convenient. I won't pull off the highway unless I can see something close. There was an older lady working that took my order. She was so friendly and professional! Honestly, I feel like this is getting to be so rare. The service was prompt and the French fries were hot and perfect! (Definitely the most important! 😄) Not sure I'll ever get back there but a positive experience.”

I found an FNP (Tracy Culver) that I trust and who expresses legitimate concern for my health . I call it TLC ( Tracy Loving Care). My health concerns are always met with care. I am always treated with respect. If there IS a wait time, it is only because sometimes so many of us that love this place are here getting the medical TLC that keeps us returning. The people who work here are real. They go home just like you. I do not believe any of the "bad" reviews. They obviously did not spend time here.”
