No more towels no more 24 7 gym service talks of increasing gym fees even though less and less is being provided. Front desk help is phenomenal but you can find better for less. I used this gym for about 5 years and came back now I don't think I will be staying.”

“I was so sad to leave a yoga studio when I had to leave west coast. The first thing I did when I settled down in this town was trying out all yoga studio around here. Although I have been practicing yoga over 10 years, I was not up to hot yoga. After some free trial classes they offered (yeah, you should check it out their website), I was certain this studio was the ONE even though I was not a big fun of hot yoga! I think instructors are knowledgeable and super nice. I enjoy each sessions and definitely see the difference mentally and physically after a couple of months. Highly recommended.”

“Great *new* facility with everything you need and even a wellness center (Diligent Wellness), plus equipment you don’t typically see at a regular gym. The personal trainers and staff are great people and Britt is a passionate gym owner! I’ve been training with her for the past three months and I’m so happy with how far I’ve come physically and mentally. My chronic low back pain was a big concern for me but she has since helped me regain my strength and prescribes workouts that are safe & effective. “Love the vibe at this quaint Studio. I was in town and took a Lagree class with Stacy. I’ve never done any type of Pilates or reformer training before and she did a great job making me feel comfortable and quickly getting me up to speed with the rest of the group. The other participants were all super nice and helpful as well. I typically lift weights and do functional training and was surprised at how good of a workout Lagree was. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.”
