“This place feels like a weird relic of the past, like a convenient store that was frozen in the 80s and just recently thawed out. Sure, a bit of dirt and general disrepair coat every nook of the inside and out, but that’s a part of the charm. It’s a mysterious and peculiar little store, and the man working the night I visited was SO fun and friendly. He was beaming with life and helped make our trip to Ladonia even more special. The vodka we got helped with that as well. :)”

“I love Brookshires! The freshest local veggies in town. They have a butcher. You can get any cut of meat you want. The prices are very competitive. The Bakery does a great job on breads, cookies, cakes and pies ready every day and birthday cakes to custom order. The store is always clean and the staff is awesome. Did I mention the carryout service? Great service for me as i can no longer lift cases of water or watermelons etc. I don’t know what I would do without them!”

“In 2012 I bought Blue Bell, my 1965 TR4A, from Wilson Motor Company. Blue Bell is Wedgewood blue with a blue top, and it's stunningly beautiful. I've driven Blue Bell 35,000 miles---to the East Coast, the Great Lakes, the Gulf of Mexico, and the car has won 1st place in many car shows---including National Vintage Triumph Register and National Triumph Register of America, Texas All-British Car Day and many more. Blue Bell has never lost a car show to another TR4, TR4A, or TR250. I have no trailer so I always drive Blue Bell to car shows. Wilson bought Blue Bell in boxes and rebuilt the car to exacting standards with all the best parts. The car is still beautiful, and it runs as well as it looks. Over the years I've had the occasion to ask many questions of Dennis and Joe, and they've always been accommodating and helpful. I would gladly do business with Wilson Motor Company again.”
