(February 8, 2019, 9:59 am)Worked with Mike...very friendly and courteous. The only reason I picked 4 of 5 and not 5 is that the entrance to the facility is tight and there is little to no parking available. There are too many Uhaul trucks lining the entrance and even inside in the aisles/driveways which makes it a bit difficult to navigate. Otherwise, I'd recommend iStorage..second time we've used them.
(December 19, 2018, 8:21 am)This facility is great. And the manager is great here it took me 15 min and I was in and out with a storage unit in hand. My 2 complaints is that there are giant moving trucks blocking the entrance a lot and it is almost impossible to get in sometimes. And there is no lights in the storage units.
(August 30, 2018, 1:25 pm)My home flooded during Hurricane Harvey and I needed a storage unit fast. Mike was so helpful and kind and took care of my needs. Each time I went in to pay my bill he asked about my situation and progress. A personal touch is always appreciated. The unit was clean and always accessible. I even received a call when I hadn't properly secured my lock.
