“This would be a 5 star review if they would change their dressing room policy. Katy Mills location shut down the dressing rooms one hour before they close, so you are not able to try them on. This wouldn’t bother me if you could bring back clothes that doesn’t fit but you can not. Their prices are pretty great though.”

Though there was a small price difference between online and in shop still the sales person made sure why was it worth buying from store. Also, it's understandable why price is a little higher in shop than online due to additional expenses of having a shop. But you have the luxury of going and chking what you are purchasing. “I went in to Florsheim yesterday to get some wingtips for an upcoming job interview. I've honestly never bought proper dress shoes before. I knew I wanted wingtips, but not much else. Camilo, the associate there at the time, was instrumental in helping me find the right brand. He patiently showed me each type of wingtip in the store. I never felt like I was being upsold or wrung for cash. He simply told me their features and price tags and let me make the call myself. When I asked if the store would price match J.C. Penney, Camilo took out his own phone since mine was out of data and together we looked for a deal I thought I'd seen on their website that he would price match for me. We didn't find the deal, but I bought the shoes all the same because the excellent service I was given was worth the price. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for professional and friendly service when buying dress shoes.”
