Never had an issue with them, and use them wkly. You can drop and go if you have the right bag, or prepay... whatever is most convenient. The young lady that works there has been very nice to me, and the one time a button wasn't fixed like requested, she immediately sent it back to have it done and ready for next day. (Things happen)
I'd use this place for regular stuff. I am hesitant however about my Armani suits and shirts.... I take those items to another place.
