Went In this morning after getting Flu diagnosis. Everyone there was so helpful, had my prescriptions ready in 10 mins. The young lady was helpful and informative about different options and even offered to add flavor to my medicine which helped ALOT! Thank you HEB pharmacy!!!
Every time I go to this location the staff is friendly and professional. I can never go anywhere else. Never a wait, great advice and efficiency!!!
Everyone there has been nothing but efficient and courteous throughout the 5 years I have used them, including when there were problems with the insurance company. But the BEST feature by far is the automated refill service. I can request the refill in 2 minutes by typing in the prescription number on the bottle and it's almost always ready the next day. If I'm not sure I call to the same service and check. Seamless and painless!
