“They got my Salon up and running after the freeze hit Houston this year. They went above and beyond to fix everything in a short amount of time. Troy, the owner was very personable and professional. I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews but my experience was so positive I wanted to give another thanks. My Salon is all around brighter and better!”

“It was a relatively small job changing out a couple of roof vent boots when I noticed one was showing damage. But even for this small job, Bryce and his team were very responsive, worked me into their schedule, and then took the time to inspect the roof and add sealant to other vents, etc. Great job of informing me of what they found and did. I can recommend them and will call on them again if needed.”

“Harmony of Innovation is the best school I've been to because the education here is great and the teachers here are nice and strict when they need to be. And all the teachers here do their best to make sure all the students are safe and unharmed. I love all the clubs or sports here cause they're fun and help us learn something new every time we go to one. I love all the people here. I like how if there is a situation that teachers treat the problem seriously. I like all the work because it helps us learn something new everyday and I love how all the teachers help us with what we don't understand. I like the chocolate milk they serve for lunch and i also like that even if you don't have money for lunch they give you an alternative lunch, so no one is hungry. I like that they gave us lockers so that one goes and steals our stuff. I love the homework here because it's not the boring homework that you would usually get it's actually fun.”

“Drew is a knowledgeable basketball player that has the keen ability to translate that into teaching. He has provided age appropriate instruction and intensity that has built my sons' confidence in their own abilities as well as given them a great foundation. He has taught them basketball in a way that has made them fall more in love with sport. Drew is worth every single penny!”

“My son started this year in Kindergarten and has loved going to school. He is reading now, doing basic math, and really doing great. The staff is pretty awesome. Reading these reviews with one star, I can't understand where they are coming from unless they are just students with a grudge. Seems like the number one complaint is the food. My only complaint is the availability for the after school activities. My son was waitlisted and we ended up enrolling him in little league baseball for the spring instead of one of their programs due to availability.”

“A must visit. Their thick crust pizza, almost Chicago style, is amazing! Everything we've tried here is awesome. The pasta, appetizers, etc. Service is exceptional too. This is a little quaint place in Katy with great everything. I highly recommend you give it a try if you have not yet done so.”

“Having lived in the Houston, West Houston, and Katy over the last 12 years, I have to say that Waterstone is the best apartment / apartment home community I have lived in. Everyone in the office is always helpful and extremely professional. I love talking to Gabby whenever I have something I need to talk about, whether related to living here or not! The maintenance team is also extremely helpful and quick to resolve any minor concern I have ever had. A great part about this community is that it is located near Westpark Tollway, so getting to work in Houston is fast and like living in Houston! I get the excellent (best in Houston area) Katy / Cinco Ranch schools for my son, but I feel like I live in Houston. It is actually the closest apartment community in Cinco Ranch / Katy to Houston, which saves me in commute time. What's even better is that it is located outside of the levee area in Cinco Ranch, therefore, it did not flood! It did not even flood in Harvey! Gabby did an excellent job keeping us informed to keep us safe during that time. I love spending the weekends at the awesome, gigantic pool / bbq area, or walking the greenery on site. The landscaping is very pleasant and nice and relaxing. I've also enjoyed the neighbors and friends we've made and met through apartment sponsored events or just meeting other ways. We also use the media / computer center a lot and play billiards there, which is free and nice. The gym is also really nice and clean.”

“Edit, 4 Months later: In summary, it's good insurance with great, friendly, easy-to-understand customer care representatives, but you will spend a higher than expected amount of time interacting with them to get the most out of your benefits. After leaving the review below, the company reached out to my Human Resources Manager, concerned that I was having so many complications with the insurance. After my HR Manager spoke with several employees encountering issues, Entrust visited our offices for another meeting with all of our employees to help explain our benefits and, more importantly, our courses of action if we are encountering the problems I was encountering. They also provided an additional benefit on our plan for all employees, adding a group of "in network" providers at no additional cost to the employees. At this date I have not explored those options. I have changed this rating form 1 star to 4 because the Account Executive for the Medical Helpline Advocates reached out to me personally and offered her assistance. She has been *very* helpful, speaking with doctor's offices on my behalf to help them understand how the company works and making arrangements with them to make them more comfortable accepting this very foreign new type of insurance. She has been able to put in exceptions for many of my non-covered prescriptions and give me clear answers on how the benefits will work to cover surgical procedures. Now, my only drawbacks that keep me from rating this company at 5 stars are: - Training opportunities for their staff: The representatives that came to the office to review our benefits assured me during both of our meetings that our surgery co-pays are limited to $XXX per procedure, when the Account Executive was able to explain more clearly that that copay is "per physician or per tax ID number". This means I may be required to pay the co-pay multiple times, up to our monthly maximum, if multiple physicians are in attendance and are not billing under a single tax ID number. - The amount of effort that is required to make this insurance work for you: I feel that their customer service is incredibly comprehensive and that the advocacy group is actually interested in advocating for their members. But the fact that we have to contact a help line to reach out to an advocate, have them fight doctor's offices for acceptance, and request exceptions in our prescription coverage to cover basic medications is a level of labor I have not encountered with most insurances. - - - - - - - - - - - - - this insurance plan is complete trash. worse than trash, really. expensive trash that i am locked into paying for every month. i'm noticing now (too late) they don't even call themselves insurance. "3rd party administrator of health benefits" i feel like my employer bought into a scam. it would have been cheaper to opt out and pay cash out of pocket for everything. none of my doctors are willing to work with this "insurance". 2 of them have told me "its not insurance, its just a discount card". please tell me why i'm paying for insurance, but i still have to pay "cash patient" prices or go to state funded clinics? everyone in the entire office is experiencing similar struggles. "open network" sounds like rainbows and butterflies, until your preferred physicians refuse to work with this company. then "you can choose any physician you want!" turns into "you have to call every physician in town and ask if they are willing to take your scam of a discount card!" i was told during the enrollment meeting that surgeries at our contracted hospital network (the worst hospitals in town) would never cost more than my copay regardless of how many physicians are involved. then after i'm enrolled i'm told that it actually IS per physician. 4 times as expensive as promised... only up to my MONTHLY deductible, of course. unless the hospital decides they want more money. then that's not covered by your deductible. that's on you, boo. last i checked that's not how deductibles work.”

“Went in to handle a ticket. Debbie was who helped me. She explained anything I had a question about, was very polite and did not rush. I was so confused about the process, what all I needed to pay for my ticket and because of employees like her I'm alot less stressed on the situation. She was the start of my great day. Wish all the employees there were as amazing as she is. Thank you”
