“Dr Manish did the expander for my little one. I paid 3100$ as one time payment. During the initial discussion on the payment option they told us my dental insurance will pay 50% remaining 50%i have to pay from my packet. I got payment from my insurance company as 530$ stating maximum payment for the procedure. I called the Dr office regarding this payment..they told there is descrepency we will talk to your insurance company and get back to me. Got a call back from Dr office stating my insurance company will pay another payment after 6 month. But Initially it's agreed for 50%. I called my insurance company and they saying this is the last payment no further payment. Now I paid 3100$ as one time payment and got 530$ from insurance..Total miscommunication from the Dr office now I think i should have went with some other place where they are clear on my payment instead of 50%.. Update:- I am updating to 5 star for the prompt response from the DR office. Got a detail mail from Dr office regarding this issue. Issue resolved by providing the reference no from dental insurance and willing to provide refund on the remaining amount for the future procedure.”

NELMS, AND – QUITE PLAINLY – THEY SUCK!!!*** Dr. Nelms would be absolutely ASHAMED of the way this "new version" of his old practice is operating! UT Physicians treats every patient like a NUMBER – not like Dr. Nelms' office did before he retired, which was to treat you like a HUMAN. WITH THAT SAID... I have four children - the oldest of which is 23. So as you can see, we were patients of Dr. Nelms for many, many years. To say that I was heartbroken to hear that he was finally retiring (which we saw coming for the last couple of years leading up to him actually retiring) is a gross understatement. We were - and still are - DEVASTATED. He is the epitome of what a pediatrician SHOULD BE! He was kind, compassionate, funny, and genuinely loved my children as though they were his own. He was there during highs (school achievements, high school graduation, etc.), and lows (diagnoses of autism, ADHD, etc. for my other boys). And yet, he somehow had a way of making those lows tolerable. He had talks with my oldest son about puberty, and what to expect with it, and just general advice and BS'ing - in all of his candor - my son adored him like a grandfather. He simply had this innate way of sitting down and talking with you candidly, like an old friend or grandfather would. My oldest son, who is now a Marine and lives a good bit away, was even devastated himself when he learned of Dr Nelms' retirement. I know this review is rather long-winded, so I digress. This is merely to say how much we absolutely adore(d) him and to let him know that he will be missed greatly. And to add a sidenote – I am having nine kinds of heck trying to find a replacement pediatrician, because absolutely NONE measure up to him – so it's going to be an impossible task, I fear. We (and I speak for many) love and miss you so, Dr. Nelms!!!”

“Very friendly staff. They do a lot of activities and do trips to places like the Blue Bell Factory and Miller Outdoor Theater. Dawn takes some of the residents to the park and mall frequently. It's a very calm environment, but very home like. The view outside is beautiful. I love looking at the oak trees in the back. The staff plays card games with the residents almost every day. The residents have call buttons if they need fast care. The food is homemade and fresh. They serve well proportioned meals.”

Danielle had a 6 week challenge that I joined and it taught me so much about not only fitness, but also nutrition which is a huge component to our health. I was apprehensive because I've heard there's a lot of injuries with Cross Fit, however this gym is the best about teaching you proper form and not pushing weight on you and you can go at your own pace. I can see how people could get injuries with Cross Fit, but not at this gym!!! After the 6 week challenge I lost 12 lbs and 12 inches and gained SO much more strength and energy! I literally feel the best that I have in years after just 6 weeks of working out and healthy eating. Danielle and Luke push you and motivate you and I'm always excited for the next class! I can definitely say that starting Cross Fit has been one if THE BEST decisions I've made. After the 6 week challenge ended yesterday I joined with a regular membership and am very excited! “First time here. I based my decisions on reviews and they did not let me down. The wait time to be seen was minimal wait. Got here 745am and was quickly seen. Other dentist and staff see dollar signs and not people and here you are treated like they truly care. Dr. Khan took the time to calm and ensure my daughter was comfortable before anything was done. During the treatment she talked through the procedure letting my daughter know what was going to happen, what was happening, and constantly checking if she was ok.
