“Sweet Carolina Dog recent stroke survivor Sanctuary Senior dog "Autumn" with balance mobility difficulty, vision/hearing impairment from her stroke had a good visit at the vet. It was our Howls-n-Meows Animal Rescue first time going to this vet clinic. The staff there were very friendly & good with Autumn. The vet gave 4 meds for Sanctuary Senior Autumn's Hematoma of her ear to try to reduce swelling of her ear & to help manage any possible pain. Due to her old age and recent stroke surgery to drain fluid from her ear is not an option for her. So trying the topical medicine, ear drops, and two other oral medications to help reduce inflammation swelling of her ear with hematoma. I/our rescue recommends this vet clinic for others to bring their dogs to when vet care is needed. They are rescue friendly and they do accept called-in Donations for rescues that bring their dogs/cats there.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but I cannot pass this one. After my 3 month old Shar-Pei was mistreated by his previous vet, I decided to give Bingle Vet Katy a try. It didn’t took long for me to see that everyone in this facility is polite, knowledgeable and welcoming. They were able to give me an appointment for the same day and they gave us a free exam as our first visit ($40.00 worth of service). “Friendly and patient staff and vet. I really appreciated the doctor taking time to explain lab results and answering my questions. Everyone seemed to love animals and enjoy working with them. It took a while before anyone greeted us so maybe a sign in would be helpful. Once we were greeted we saw that they were very friendly. Also there was a long wait time once we were put into a room even though there were no other patients at the time I arrived and I was early.”

“Greenbusch Pharmacy, located at Westheimer and Greenbusch, is not just for compounding, it's retail as well. Sylvie (sp?) is the owner and goes to great lengths to locate older medications which are very hard to find. She is absolutely the sweetest and shows so much compassion toward her customers. “Dr. Lee is wonderful! My dog, Penny, ruptured both of her ACL’s over a period of ~18 months. Dr. Lee performed surgery on each knee. He showed me her x-rays, and took the time to explain everything. He was very responsive to all of my questions, and he let me know the importance of the recovery process, and what I needed to do during that time. The surgeries both went well, and he also made sure that Penny experienced as little discomfort as possible after surgery. Penny is doing great now—you would never know that she has undergone two major orthopedic surgeries. I am so thankful to Dr. Lee and feel very lucky that he is right here in the Katy area. Dr. Lee is so knowledgeable and caring, and I can tell how dedicated he is to his patients and their families. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a talented and compassionate veterinarian. Thanks so much Dr. Lee for everything!”
