Nova has been seen multiple times by Dr. Ward for severe allergy, skin, and ear issues, and we’ve seen so much improvement under her care. Benson originally started seeing Dr. Ruffner for his Frenchie expertise, and although he has since retired, the rest of the doctors and staff have continued to provide the same wonderful level of care. They took amazing and affordable care of us. My elderly beagle started seizing last week in the middle of the winter storm. I knew there was little they could do. He was 16 yo. Our dog is very scared of new people touching her especially if we are not with her so it was nice they let us help hold her while she was treated. They've taken great care of our family dogs for years and years now! They don't push anything that isn't needed, and also give lots of money saving alternatives. “I took my sweet Batty there and the staff was so sweet to her while she was sick. It was her first time there. Dr. Mayes and his staff took such great care of her. She had to receive antibiotics and fluids through an IV, when I picked her up, they went over everything with me, let me review Barry’s X-rays, let me question why she needed anything and answered so patiently. They never pushed for me to do anything I wasn’t okay with. All of my animals will go here.”
