“Words can’t describe how amazing the staff at Midlothian Animal ER are! I stopped in around 3:30am one morning with our barley 5 day old puppy needing oxygen. Our sweet pup was having breathing issues and as soon as I walked in, the staff were very diligent and ready to take her back for care. I cannot remember the doctor’s name that I saw, I just remember his cool mustache. He was so professional and informative regarding our sweet puppy. We unfortunately had to euthanize her as she wasn't going to make it. Days later I received a sympathy card on Mother’s Day with the staff’s signatures and a lovely message in the card. It was so sweet and thoughtful of them to send us something. I hope to not need to go back to the ER for any of my fur babies, but if do, I’ll definitely go back to the Midlothian location.”

“I've been taking my animals, horses, dogs, cats, & birds here since 1986. They have saved so many over the years and pieced a few back together after accidents I've lost count. The one thing I can count on is vets and assistants who care and have the knowledge to take care of whatever problem my beloved animals get into.”

“Dr. Weaver is one of the few old school veterinarians left in the county. I had a pug who starting having seizures all of a sudden in one day. This was years ago. I went to every vet in midlothian, waxahachie and Ennis. None would touch him. Told me to go to the emergency clinic in Mansfield. All those vets pretty much just do vaccinations anymore. They don't bother with actual Veterinary work. Dr. Weaver was the only one who said bring him in, I'll see what I can do. I did and within 36 hours he was seizure free and never had them again. He has been our small animal vet ever since. He has also worked on our horses. He is always honest, patient and explains what you need explaining. We are very thankful for him.”

“I really like Dr. Rook. He is a good man doing good work. Appointments are somewhat hard to get. But not to bad. I first took my little dog to him in 2012 after she had been attacked. She was in very bad condition. He saved her life and I will be forever grateful. She was there for a week. He knew the person's dog that attacked her would not pay the vet bill. So he charged me accordingly. Very little. All of my dogs and cat have been fixed here and received care from here for over 10yrs. I'm grateful to him. I also really like his assistant Joel and front office lady Lisa.”

“Dr Welsh and her staff are amazing. Dr Welsh is calm and factual. She is compassionate and non-judgmental and she listens. They follow up after serious issues, without fail. Her prices are exceedingly fair for the level of service provided. As far as taking the animals to the back, their equipment is in the back. I’m absolutely certain that if asked, a pet parent could accompany their animal to the back. As for people who say 1. “they lied and told me my pet would die”, Dr. W would not say ‘would’ - she’s not like that. She would say “maybe” or “might”. 2. “they wouldn’t get my animal in” or 3. “they referred us to Mansfield ER” (a GREAT PLACE), I have the following comments. 1. Sometimes we roll the dice in life. Sometimes we win and sometimes we lose. Glad his dog didn’t die. That doesn’t make the Dr. bad or evil. She doesn’t prefer surgery. 2. Yes. Sometimes they can’t get our animals in. Grow up. Who raised these people? I suppose they’re the same ones who cut in line - anywhere. It’s not Multiplicity. Dr. Welsh can’t clone herself because your animal is sick. 3. Yes, they refer patients out when they are full. Don’t people’s parents teach them the world doesn’t revolve around them? I have the utmost respect for individuals who choose to pursue animal health, as people can be self absorbed, overly emotional, and spew out one star reviews with slight to no provocation. Dr. Welsh and her staff have cared for my animals for years. They have been full at times, referred me out at times, and given me options for my situation that I didn’t love sometimes. I’m not a vet. She is. Thank goodness we have people like Dr W who are willing to deal with our humanity to help our fur babies.”

“The veterinarians and techs at this clinic display a passion and dedication to treating their patients that have made me a customer for life. Dr Wilson especially went above and beyond just caring for my dog. He kept me abreast with the current status of my dog daily, ordered the necessary tests and medications to treat my dog correctly, and even took personal time over a holiday to check on my pup. The knowledgeable and compassionate care that these fine professionals have shown my dog are a testament to their dedication. Rest easy knowing that these men and women are taking care of your pets. Thank you”

“I recently brought my young dog to Alliance Animal Health Center for a check-up and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience we had. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted warmly and made to feel like valued clients. The entire staff at Alliance Animal Health Center was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had about my dog's health. I was impressed by their attention to detail and the thoroughness of their examination. The facilities were very clean as well, which was a reassuring sign that they take pet care seriously. My dog was treated with the utmost care and compassion, which made the entire experience stress-free for both of us.”

“This is an absolutely wonderful veterinarian's office. The techs are absolutely wonderful, and so helpful with our timid dog. When we got her spayed, everything went very well (much better than experiences with other pets/vets). We just got a new puppy, and I wouldn't want to take him anywhere else.”
