“Although it's called Animal Hospital of Rowlett. So much more than that. We've boarded our dog's here, get them check ups and nails taken care of here... the 1 less star is because when i did have an emergency and went up to ask somebody to help, they didn't seem exactly willing to help me at the time then the lady goes it'll be 500$ and we might be able to see her. I can't do a might, I needed help than. She already had a appt the next day. What would have cost 500 for a might get seen, was 175$ including her medication, blood work and appt and nails.”

“The best vet we have ever gone to! We had our cat checked out by Dr. Lucio and she was absolutely amazing. Her vet assistant was so incredibly gentle and sweet as well. You can tell they really love animals here. This was the perfect visit after a bad experience with our former vet. Dr Lucio was detailed, thorough, and friendly. Honestly everyone working here is so knowledgeable and kind! And I have to add that I love that this vet office is not pushy about adding on treatments or extra services. Wonderful all around”

I do think that anyone posting a bad review about any of the front-office people, etc. need to consider that sometimes people have a bad day. Sometimes people are focused on what they are working on. I just started coming here and all past 5 visits have been great.”

“Neighborhood Kitty seen in the walk in clinic so no doctor/patient relationship. The wait was nominal. The staff was very professional and nice. The exam was thorough and an additional problem identified and treated. I am in TX only temporarily but if I lived here I'd bring my pets to this clinic. Additionally, the facility was pristinely clean and parking adequate.”

“This was my first time getting a kitty spayed because all other cats I've had throughout my life came from a shelter and were already spayed/neutered. So we had our kitties spayed and I thought the incision was open so we ended up at the emergency vet. These folks were so incredibly kind and caring. They were so patient with us and our million questions. My kitty was actually fine, but they did a really great job explaining the aftercare as our vet really didn't explain anything. The tech was so sweet, the receptionist was as well, and the Vet was amazing. Thanks y'all!”

“Our dog Judd had a trauma to the eye & we took her to the Rowlett Animal Clinic. We just showed up & they worked us into the schedule so quickly to be seen by a doctor. Without urging us to do an invasive MRI the doc was able to recommend several options to help our sweet girl. We are so thankful to the professional staff, nurses & doctors who quickly cared for our fur baby quickly & efficiency. I’m pregnant & the nurse even helped me put Judd back in the car because I couldn’t lift her myself.”
