Dr. Downes, is the best.

Although it's called Animal Hospital of Rowlett. So much more than that. We've boarded our dog's here, get them check ups and nails taken care of here... the 1 less star is because when i did have an emergency and went up to ask somebody to help, they didn't seem exactly willing to help me at the time then the lady goes it'll be 500$ and we might be able to see her. I can't do a might, I needed help than.
She already had a appt the next day. What would have cost 500 for a might get seen, was 175$ including her medication, blood work and appt and nails.

Courteous and very respectful when it came time to put my 15yr old pit down. This was my 2nd time to have an animal euthanized and her process was way better than the 1st time where the vet struggled to hit veins and was actually a horrible experience. Thank you very much Dr. Kimberly Ann Downes and staff!!

Can’t say enough about Dr. Downes! Anyone who has ever dealt with her can tell she has a true compassion for animals. Your pets are in good hands here!

Dr. Downes is an amazing Dr. with a great work ethic. She followed up with us on her days off and showed passion for getting our cat properly diagnosed and healed. I couldn't have asked for more from a vet.
