“I can't recommend this pharmacy highly enough. The pharmacist is amazing - I wasn't able to make it until 10 minutes before closing, but called on the way to verify they had my prescription. I knew it was close to the end of the day, but I had another prescription there ready to be picked up anyway. So I get someone on the line, and she said yes we do have the medication (it had been on manufacturer backorder) but it's 10 minutes to close so you'll need to pick it up in the morning. I said sure, no problem, I will go ahead and pick up my other prescription today since I'm already in line at the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window maybe 5 minutes later, the pharmacist had also filled the other prescription that I was going to have to wait on. I didn't ask her to, and I wasn't the tiniest bit upset I would have to wait until the next day, but she filled it anyway and was just so kind when I pulled up to the window. Now that's great customer service!”

“Although it's called Animal Hospital of Rowlett. So much more than that. We've boarded our dog's here, get them check ups and nails taken care of here... the 1 less star is because when i did have an emergency and went up to ask somebody to help, they didn't seem exactly willing to help me at the time then the lady goes it'll be 500$ and we might be able to see her. I can't do a might, I needed help than. She already had a appt the next day. What would have cost 500 for a might get seen, was 175$ including her medication, blood work and appt and nails.”

He doesn't just write out a prescription for every little thing, but will take the time to explain why and what will help. When my oldest was little we went for every little thing, and I was never made to feel I was "over reacting" and dismissed. Which was great for a first time Mom.”

“These guys are usually the lowest in Rowlett so I got there often whenever I am in the area! I LOVE that I can use the Wal-Mart app. It makes buying gas convenient and I can see the receipt without having to get paper. Furthermore, I get an extra $0.03 cents off for using the Wal-Mart pay app! 🙂”
