I've made appointments to speak with a financial advisor for free, used the atm with no problems, deposited checks through the teller and through machine.. People aren't super excited and happy but I wouldn't expect that from them.. they're polite and professional. I would say that sometimes when you walk in to find info other than depositing/withdrawing money that it's you don't know where to go... and it's really quiet and it takes a while before someone asks if you need help with something.”

“It seems that I always have business to take care of which requires me to go in and I don't mind that all. I have never had to wait more than a minute or two for teller service and when dealing with account representatives I have always felt welcome and treated respectfully. In comparison to a national competitor that I have dealings with I prefer my experience here and at other Well Fargo branches that I've used. It's as if a requisite of being hired here is that you have to be a nice person.”
