“Excellent customer service! It was nearly 5pm on A Friday evening and these were the most professional, upbeat group of postal workers I have ever come across. The guy behind the counter knew nearly every person who walked in by their first name! Then there was me, in the corner filling out the wrong passport paperwork. An older woman walked over and asked me gently...."you got it?" Super sweet lady. She let me know I was using the wrong form....and oh by the way they won't take that blue ink. Another young lady at the counter warned me that a scratch thru on my form might result in it being returned for correction (That could have been bad). Seriously if u have passport questions these people have all the answers! On my 3rd time starting over the guy behind the counter with the collection of pens around his neck helped me get it together. He even doubled checked my forms for me and questioned me 3x to make sure I had all the right documents included in the envelope. I was super frustrated with all the hoops to try and renew my passport and change my name but trust me this post office got me all the way together! Try this office if u ever have to go to the post office. Everyone in there was happy to help and had a great attitude.”
