They make working out so easy to tie into your schedule with multiple classes available from as early as 5am to as late as 6:30pm. The workouts are engaging and efficient. They ALWAYS model the workouts and provide modification when needed to fit your body's needs and past injuries. I just finished my first challenge and I appreciated the support tracking your macros and workouts. Highly recommend to anyone at any fitness level!”

“Club Pilates has changed my life! I started coming here after having bad back pain from a botched epidural. My favorite instructors are: Joyce, Maya, and Angelica. The instructors really do meet you at your level and help you to modify if needed, but also know when to push you. Joyce is very good for pain management and form and technique. Maya is really good with pushing you and adding onto the different exercises little by little— and her music taste is *chefs kiss*. Angelica is really good with working you and helping you to reach the maximum calories burned and stretch. She is also really good at incorporating technical terms into the workouts! Cathy is also excellent for abdominal work. I would recommend Renee if you are a little higher level and want some more intensity because she is TOUGH! Her first class I took was no joke and I realized I’m not quite ready for it, BUT that is what’s awesome about this place is that they have instructors and levels for everyone! I highly recommend coming and trying out an intro class. As someone who has struggled with gaining strength after a very high risk pregnancy and a pandemic, this place is helping me meet my goals.”

“Great gym and great atmosphere. The gym has good equipment and is well kept. Machines are rarely out of service and people are respectful. Much better then the bigger aliana gym. The pool is good too. Small but still a decent size. Highly recommend coming here for work, play, or fun.”
