Same-day repair: technician was punctual, he explained that it was mechanical vs computer malfunction and that I didn't have to pay if the a repair was incorrect, he located and picked up the part, and the repair was successfully completed that evening! BTW Sam was awesome!”

“I have lived here since January of 2009 and have been extremely happy. The management team is warm, inviting, courteous, respectful, and just plain fun to be around. I’ve never been to the office where the management team doesn’t greet me with a smile and a hug. The customer service is impeccable at this facility. Every time I’ve ever had a maintenance issue it was resolved almost immediately. The maintenance and landscaping team work very hard to keep everything looking beautiful. The fitness center is always kept immaculate with all the latest equipment. They have a business office where you can use their computers and color printers.
