Of course it didn't work. He was very nice to let me put it in another unit until they could break into my unit. Gave me a new lock and everything. He was awesome!!! Thank you Jim/James”

“My wife and I leased a storage unit at this location this morning. I have leased several storage units over the years and from my perspective, Public Storage has put a lot of thought into this location and others like it. The individual storage units are all enclosed in one multi-level building served by multiple elevators. It is clean, has what I consider robust security including numerous video cameras, is very well designed, very well illuminated and is environmentally controlled which is important to me considering Houston's hot and humid climate. I note Gina processed our registration. She was very helpful and friendly and is an excellent representative of the Public Storage "brand".”
