“Great Tres-Leches cake! I ordered a cake for my moms birthday, and we asked for a round tres leches cake. In our experience with other bakeries, either the cake is too runny or too dry. We also asked for a simple design, and for it to be layered. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and right away I knew Mr. Olivari was knowledgeable about cakes. He made suggestions for the filing and the frosting to be used. He assured me the cake would be just the right amount of milky-ness and cake. His cake was a hit, my mom LOVED her cake. She practically ate it all herself. It was also almost identical the picture we showed him. 10/10 would order again. Also the orejas here are soo good!”
