“By far the BEST spicy chicken and they ALWAYS have coupons in the mail or specials in store! The deals and specials here are exponentially better than the competing chicken chains who are incredibly expensive. The chicken has always been fresh and our orders are correct about 90% of the time and the one time it wasn't we got a free tea with 2 pies. The staff is mostly Spanish speaking but very quick, efficient, polite, and helpful. This is our preferred store. We pass 2 other chicken chains to get food here.”

“It took LESS than 10 minutes for me to know that this is the place for my two girls. I heard about Coach Charles last year through my daughter's cheer squad. I did go get some information, but life happened & we weren't able to complete the trial period. Today, 02/07/2018, I brought my 11 & 14 year old girls here to see how they would like it. I instantly felt welcomed & confident that Coach Charles & the other Coaches would teach my children everything they needed to know. They are very HANDS ON & they encourage the kids to be their best but on their own level. I felt bad looking at the younger girls & their skill level thinking to myself, I should have placed my girls here awhile ago, but Coach Charles assured me that it was ok. I can honestly say there is no other place like Fort Bend Impact. I am proud to say that my daughters will be the newest members here & I know they will advance under Coach Charles.
