If I had a complaint it would be that they need a dry sauna. *Edit 90% of the time the bathroom is locked and staff doesn't have a key. On more than one occasion I've had to piss in a bottle in my truck mid workout.”

“It took LESS than 10 minutes for me to know that this is the place for my two girls. I heard about Coach Charles last year through my daughter's cheer squad. I did go get some information, but life happened & we weren't able to complete the trial period. Today, 02/07/2018, I brought my 11 & 14 year old girls here to see how they would like it. I instantly felt welcomed & confident that Coach Charles & the other Coaches would teach my children everything they needed to know. They are very HANDS ON & they encourage the kids to be their best but on their own level. I felt bad looking at the younger girls & their skill level thinking to myself, I should have placed my girls here awhile ago, but Coach Charles assured me that it was ok. I can honestly say there is no other place like Fort Bend Impact. I am proud to say that my daughters will be the newest members here & I know they will advance under Coach Charles. My youngest came up to me while on break & said, "I really really like it here. I want to stay here." See you soon FBI!”

I was a little hesitant at first, but after seeing my youngest grow so much with her speech, and behavioral problems, I have become so more appreciative of everyone there. They give me updates every week with what they're improving on and what they are learning. They are very attentive and helped me potty train my youngest. I've never really experienced any problems, and if I had one or two, I went to talk the them and they solved the issue immediately.”
