“I did the 12 week transformation at this gym .These are the pros and cons Pros Workout is hardcore intense , you will reap some results with consistency Motivating Coaches-Battle was my trainer Cons I was expecting more coaching with the almost $1000 fee I paid for the transformation. They just add u to an fb group and make you download an app.They give you a meal plan to follow.They dont check the app daily.they do random checks .I think you are better off paying their monthly fee for their regular program because I see no difference apart from the app n meal plan Space was big issue here especially during evening classes.There are so many programs running concurrently and you may end up bumping into someone at just a turn around . They need to plan on program times and space Overall a good gym but they can do better.”

“Built is closed. It's been combined with Alphalete to become the new Alphalete gym. This gym doesn't come up easily when you search online, but it's a great place to train. It's clean, spacious, and very well equipped. I've looked for a gym like this for years. This isn't like a 'sports performance facility' where everyone has to have a trainer, or be under the guidance of some sort of program, this has a monthly membership as well, but there are skillful trainers available here, and they do offer sports performance options.”
