“Really appreciated all the time and effort Philipp and Sam took to help my husband and me feel comfortable with what we were doing in our home (entire first floor replacement of glued down engineered hardwood). They both took time to help us understand the whole process and they continued to work diligently until we found the product that we were looking for. Both are very creative, helpful and knowledgeable. They are both kind, caring, and empathetic to homeowners who must undergo restorative work for damaged homes. The team who came to prep the floors for demo, the demo team, and the installers all did an amazing job. Each person on the team is kind, courteous, personable, and took care of our home as they would their own. They covered EVERYTHING with plastic, including the stairs and all the openings to the upstairs to prevent dust from the demo to pass upstairs. They were all very skilled and hard workers, working very long days to minimize the amount of time our family spent away from home. None of the workers smoked, used profane language or even listened to inappropriate music. I really appreciated all that they did and the fact that they were genuinely good people who I would want working on my home. I am happy to recommend or refer anyone to Floor Coverings International and will use them in the future (we are scheduled to have some more work next week with them). (Score 10 out of 10)”
