(January 27, 2019, 9:09 pm)Today we decided to have a lunch date here. We were greeted and rushed to the lounge area. Our waitress didn't introduce herself and was not friendly. We had to ask for silverware and she threw the bread on the table. I don't know if we made her uncomfortable but she sure made us feel this way. The bar staff pretty much provided all of our services and apologies. The food was great and tasty.
(January 10, 2019, 12:59 am)Outback is really a great place to get a decent steak without breaking the bank. Although it is sometimes more peppery than I like they usually nail the doneness you request and their brown bread is excellent. In fact I usually eat to much before my steak even comes. I also recommend their wedge salad. All in all a great place to eat.
(December 13, 2018, 10:43 am)I love the steak and lobster deal at this restaurant and the good sides that come with it. Ivory is an awesome and friendly server! The restaurant can be a bit dim, but overall the atmosphere and interior feels comfortable and welcoming. Glad to have this place so close to home!
(October 26, 2018, 11:37 am)We hadn't been here in ages, but hubby saw a steak & endless shrimp special. I ordered a grilled chicken and shrimp with pasta dish.
Hubby said his steak was average considering the cut. He had shrimp three ways: fried, seasoned, and in garlic sauce. He started off with fried, which was his favorite. Seasoned was not bad, but he could have done without the garlic shrimp - it would have tasted better just seared with garlic. The asparagus was fine. Hubby had seconds on the fried and seasoned.
My pasta had grilled chicken, but it was the half dozen tasty, nicely seasoned shrimp that went so well with the pasta! I enjoyed that.
(October 23, 2018, 7:54 pm)We had another fantastic meal at Sugar Land's Outback. Our server Frank was so hospitable and helpful with our dinner choices. Michelle, one of the managers took the time to visit our table to check on our service and overall happiness. So thoughtful, even on a very busy night. Dining was a delight.
