Dr Velasquez is straight forward, perhaps is his years of experience that makes him, let say, fast. The wait time kills. I waited almost 2 hours. The entire staff is extremely polite and courteous. They get straight to business. They’re very prompt with getting the customer in and out. “I have been seeing Dr. Phillips since 2013. Being that I am a plus size woman, she has NEVER brought up my weight as the cause of issues, even if it is the root cause of an issue, she always tries other options first. She has always been a great advocate of me having a natural birth (which I did in 2013). She diagnosed me with PCOS and even helped with my fertility treatment. She has been very easy to talk to when I have a concern. She has helped me get pregnant again! Wonderful, bubbly personality and great at giving you the facts. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her. I've had horrible doctors, she isn't one of them.”

“Between Doctor Divya Gupta and Dr. Jafri, they saved my life. I was 4 and 1/2 months at a different (so-called) clinic where I complained about abdominal pain, they found nothing and moved on. I searched for a new doctor and thank GOD I found Dr. Gupta, who referred me to Dr, Jafri. Dr. Jafri within 5 minutes said "I think it's your gall bladder, he prescribed me pain meds and told me the 4 tests that I would have. Only 1 test was needed to find that I had a non-functioning g.bladder and surgery was scheduled. This team of doctors saved my life, as the other clinic would have let me die. Thank you Doctor Jafri. “This is a new facility. It is clean and modern. There are numerous speciality services and doctors that work out of this facility. Parking is free. Easily accessible from TX-99 and SH 8. More signage in bigger fonts would be helpful when navigating around the complex. A loading area for disabled persons would be greatly appreciated at the front door. Not everyone can easily walk those extra steps to your wheel chair ramp.”
