“I didn’t get anything done here, but I really appreciate the service guy for helping me out last Thursday. My tire had a nail on the edge and instead of charging me to patch and plug it, he let me know that it was risky fixing it so close to the edge and it was better to get a new tire. I appreciate his honestly and he even put more air in my tire so I could drive safe and figure out the next steps. Thanks! He could’ve charged me for a service but was honest about the integrity of the tire. Didn’t appreciate the guy in the office tho, he was being passive aggressive about telling me to move my car on the other side but whatevs. Overall, they seem trustworthy and I’d come again.”

“FOLLOW UP: I have continued to see Dr. AMER because of her nurse who is wonderful: returns calls, responsive, timely and helpful. I believe in 2nd chances. Things have gotten better with Dr. Amer who has addressed my concerns. She is a pleasant physician, always available and the office is never crowded or requires long wait time. FIRST VISIT: The location is new. The doctor seemed new as well. I was a new patient and thought she would inquire about my family and medical history, she did not. I was offered to do my annual physical which was open your mouth, breath in and out and go do labs at Quest. I said I recently had abdominal pain, that was ignored. As she exited the room her child was at the door. I got a sense of dissatisfaction and like she was not a personable physician who got detailed with her patients. She did a lot of suggesting to see other specialist and was honest about her abilities”

“So here's my rundown, tried 4 different appetizers... The food was meh. Definitely enjoyed the fried zucchini and I don't like veggies, so that was nice; feel fried mashed potato balls were okay, but lacked anything to make them special; the kitchen sink nachos were actually kind of disappointing- they literally threw everything at them, which made them lack a particular characteristic, 3 big parts of nachos the chips, the newest and the cheese, they baked the chips but fell flat on the other 2; also has the "crack and cheese", not at all addictive. All that being said, great drink prices, great atmosphere- I felt very relaxed here, staff was very fast and friendly and seemed relaxed as well, which actually speaks volumes of good things about management. I will definitely be back again, and bring family and friends as I want to try some entrees and some of their extensive mixed drinks. Update: went again, tried more apps, these guys rock on fried veggies, whether green beans, zucchini, or pickles. They also absolutely elevate their game with their variety of sauces. Also, order the Chicky Chicky Parm Parm, it's AMAZING!”

Though death is a every day occurrence to these businesses, our fathers passing was not just another business transaction to us. This is when we came across BioTechs, and two other unnamed clean up services. Out of the three companies we contacted, BioTechs is the team that had us feel some type of comfort by the way they handled our call. David and Roxanne spoke and treated us with sympathy and empathy, they displayed professionalism while maintaining compassionate non scripted customer service. They also helped relieve the extra stress we felt by working one on one with the insurance agency. When the day came for BioTechs to perform their job they exceeded our expectations during a heartbreaking time for our family. The job was done with care, diligence, and profound expertise. We don't have enough parking lot here so you need to plan very late or very early. We have additional parking lot behind the truck and adjacent premises we can park there as well. Kashmiri chai is not available all days they are serving only 3 days a week so the demand will not miss. Doodhpatti is another chai we can try from this place apart from kashmiri chai. Management is cool and friendly. You will find more number of desi people at this place and surroundings due to the restaurants are owned by Pakistanis.”
