  High class place with Cajun theme. Even let's water dogs like me paddle up, eat & drink and paddle away. Wonderful!

  Had a large birthday party here. Service was wonderful, great atmosphere- my steak could have been better, but everything else was delicious. Would definitely come back. The downstairs part is more casual and chill, perfect spot for a happy hour drink.

  Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing atmosphere. What more could you ask for? They made our anniversary so special, we are now lifetime customers!

  UPDATE.... I have since spoken with the owner (Keith) he personally reached out to me, which was very courteous on his part. He truly sounded sincere and has corrected the issue. I really think it was a 1 off fluke on our last experience. We will definitely be back. We have had many good times there before this one.
  
  We have been here many times, with great service and good food, the atmosphere is really good, but we went Friday evening around 5:30 we went to the little bar upstairs to have a nice quiet dinner and some drinks, we had to flag them down to come over to to even take our drink order and it seemed like it was a problem to give our order, every time we needed anything we had to flag them down the service was horrible we had one drink a each and had an appetizer and talked to the manager and left. The the manager tried to get us to stay but we had already paid our tab and had enough. The bar server staff was standing behind the bar just talking to each other and not paying any attention to the customers, it wasn't even busy there was only 4 other people there. We will try it again, I hope this was just a fluke because we really like Marais as you can see from another positive post I gave months ago.

  We were really impressed with how much the staff cared if we liked our meal. One dish wasn't what we were expecting, so the manager asked us what we'd like based on our tastes, the chef came out to talk to us, then later the chef came out again to see how we liked it and get feedback on the meal. Really rare that they actually cared! The food was atmosphere was really nice.
