My kitchen flooded from hot water heater.George came answered all my questions then went got equipment an set it up an sprayed for mold control.In a couple days the floors were dry an no musty odor.This was first time I've dealt with water in house.The price was very reasonable.Thank you George I can rest a little easier now.

Genesis did a fantastic job on cleaning my oriental rugs after a puppy mistook them for the outdoors. They picked up the rugs, cleaned them and returned them swiftly. I like to have the rugs cleaned every year or so and we will always use Genesis. They do an excellent job and their customer service is first rate. I highly recommend.
