First off any time I need something or have a question they are there to help me (even after the sale)
Today I got a nail in my trailer tire at the boat ramp at Tiki after fishing all morning, not only did Don (the service manager)come to the rescue but he brought along on of his techs and a portable air compressor to fill my tire up. They saved me from being stranded. They then followed behind me to make sure I made it to the shop. Once at the shop Alex, another tech found the nail, patched it, and checked all tires for correct tire pressure. I DIDN'T EVEN ASK THEM TO DO IT! Now if that's not excellent customer service I don't know what is. I am a local business owner and have been in customer service my entire life. Well done guys
(June 16, 2017, 5:49 pm)This place was great. Michael did an amazing job in getting us into oir first boat. We never felt pressured into getting something we did not want. They were very honest, friendly, and professional. Honesty is something that seems rare when it comes to a sales person, but we felt like they had our best interest in mind the entire time. We purchased a used bay boat, and they did their best to take care of the majority of my requests. If I ever had to buy a boat again, I will definitely go here as my first stop.
