(April 11, 2016, 3:11 pm)Melissa was great to work with! I knew I wanted to move to Galveston but couldn't decide between a beach house, condo, or older house in town. She was so patient and showed me many of each. I ultimately chose to buy an older home within walking distance to the seawall. I moved in a couple of weeks and couldn't be happier with my choice.
(April 8, 2016, 9:32 am)Melissa was amazing! We were all over the Island, looking at different properties, trying to zero-in on the perfect one for us. Melissa was always helpful but was NEVER pushy. She helped us assess our options against our wants and needs, and was absolutely more concerned about helping us than trying to make a sale. With Melissa's help, we found what we call our "dream house", and she was a rockstar helping us put together our offer, handling negotiations flawlessly. We quickly got a contract in place, and Melissa did a great job making this the most low-stress purchase experience we have ever had. Melissa was very knowledgeable about the Island and properties here, and the rest of the team at Seaside Properties were wonderful as well. Seaside Properties is not just our realtor, they are all now are friends. We recommend Seaside Properties and Melissa without hesitation! Oh, and the beautiful piece of art that was our house-warming gift from Seaside was certainly appreciated - it looks beautiful in our new beach home!
