“From our first call to the clinic through arrival / treatment / departure every member of the team was competent, kind, and all around phenomenal. My husband was stung by a stingray on the west end of the island. While brand new to us, they were quite experienced in how to triage with as much focus on his comfort as possible - gave us great advice from that first call on so we could start breaking down the venom with a hot water soak en route. We spent the most time with nurse extradinaire Camille, but everyone from front desk to doctor was great.”

“We were staying in GALVESTON from Pennsylvania with our 13 year old dog that became sick after eating something she shouldn’t have that caused the runs. After 2 days and no improvement from chicken and rice I called and the staff was very friendly. They told us to bring her right in and assured me that she could be seen. I was thrilled since this was a Saturday. I had a copy of all her records (I highly suggest doing this if you travel with your pets). Dr. Henderson who treated her was very down to earth and put us at ease immediately with his personality. Just hours later we are already seeing an improvement in our girl and we and especially our baby are very thankful to everyone there.”

“Starting back S&W to get back into shape after getting my vaccinations. Unfortunately, they have had to cut back on their group class schedule. I used to go to Body Pump on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at Highpoint or Del Norte, but there is no Tuesday class at either location. So I tried Riverpoint's Body Pump class at 9:30AM. It's 6-minute longer drive to Riverpoint then Del Norte from my house, so it's not too bad. Same quality of instructors and equipment. I'm still hoping that the Highpoint Body Pump glass gets reinstated.”

“I have been to many chiropractors over the years and this place rates right at the top. Dr. Hinojosa is great to work with. We set up a plan for my recovery but modified it as he saw I was making progress. He is very helpful with exercises and also cognizant of my financial situation. He did not put any scheduling requirements on me that he did not feel were important to my recovery. I like that they are wellness centered with supplements and other natural healing options but do not "push" anything on me. Another wonderful plus is they have great massage therapists working there so I can get everything I need in one place. Brooke is amazing and made me feel at ease immediately. She has magic hands that can feel where all of my issues are and works within my comfort zones. She and Dr. Hinojosa work together to improve my health. They also have some of the nicest support staff anywhere.”

“Excellent care from the beginning of our visit. My child needed to see a doctor while we were on vacation in Galveston. Took a chance on this office based on reviews and proximity. We arrived shortly after urgent care opened and had minimal wait time. Most of the wait was just due to processing paperwork and insurance since we were out of network. Front desk was courteous and helpful. The nurse was excellent- friendly, patient and put my child and me at ease. Doctor spent a lot of time with us; much more than we are used to at our pediatrician’s office. The office was clean and welcoming. I would definitely visit again if needed in the future.”

“I just want to say I was absolutely impressed by Dr. Rogers and her show of affection to my baby boy on our recent visit. I was previously taking my little one to the UTMB pediatrics office closer to our house but switched to the Galveston office since its closer to family and wow, I am so glad I did! Dr. Rogers shared how important water safety is and encouraged us to learn CPR and also provided us with a safety whistle for the pool and brochure for me and my family to read over. She took her time with us and thoroughly checked out my baby boy to make sure he was healthy and happy. I’m so used to just rushing through our doctor visit which makes me feel like my baby is just another number on the list but that was definitely not the case on with this visit. I was even gushing to my husband about baby’s doctor visit the whole ride home! I was also so pleased to know that Dr. Rogers fully supports my breastfeeding journey which is so important because I feel as if formula has become the norm in today’s world. Thank you, Dr. Rogers, for being such a loving and wonderful doctor!”
