“I stopped by Flying Fortress CrossFit for a 6:00 AM “Drop-In” class. This box is the real deal and the coaching was excellent. There were several new folks that were instructed to scale the loading and reps so they would maintain proper form and get the most from the MetCon. The box had an impressive rig and all the gear that a legit box will have. The programming for the day was very challenging and there was plenty of very friendly encouragement from the members. I highly recommend this box for anyone looking for a welcoming box with good people. Nicole has 10 years experience in CrossFit which goes a long way in coaching others. 5 Star review for sure!”

“Going to the dentist is never a highly anticipated experience, but this place changed that. The x-rays were the most painless I've taken at a dental office, as well as very quick. The doctor was great! He was very personable and extremely friendly and put me at ease very easily. The hygienist did a great cleaning and the treatment planner was great as well. She explained the insurance coverage and, like the doctor she had a great personality. I'm very happy with this office and I would highly recommend them!”
