(May 4, 2019, 10:51 am)I want to thank Adam for being so professional and forthcoming on what was needed to be done at my daughter's house. Adam explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. He was very patient with me and cooperative in how to handle the repairs. He had to communicate with me by phone since I do not live in the same city as my daughter. Adam is a wonderful asset to Roto-Rooter. I will always request him for anything else that will need to be repaired. I feel as though I can trust him and have known him for a long time. Thank you Adam your awesome.
(April 24, 2019, 4:00 pm)Called on Good Friday just minutes before 5pm and not only did they answer, they actually scheduled me for Monday.
Fortunately the issue I was having corrected itself so I cancelled the service call but overall the experience was good.
