Grand Slam Plumbing

We used Grand Slam plumbing the first time during the winter storm event. They came out and fixed our pipes before any other plumber could get around to us. That helped us keep on track with fixing up our house to sell. Yesterday, they came out to our new house. I called when water started coming through a light fixture in the kitchen. I was amazed that Josh was able to be here within 45 minutes of my call. I was so grateful because I wanted to find out what was going on to keep further damage from happening. Josh found that the AC drain was clogged and causing the water. Josh was done with the job before some other plumbers even called me back. We will definitely use Grand Slam plumbing again I highly recommend them.

Found water all over laundry room floor last night and started freaking out about having a busted pipe, shut off water and called Grand Slam in the morning. They listened to what I had to said and said they would work us in this afternoon. I was totally expecting to be last appointment of the day but they showed up right after lunch! He came in, diagnosed the problem, which was not what I thought it was and fixed it in a jiffy!!! Gone in an hour! Fast, efficient, affordable service! We will use them again!

I’ve used Grand Slam Plumbing for three different jobs and they are coming out for a fourth. First time around I asked for a quote on installing a gas line and gas stove. Josh, the owner, gave me a very reasonable and fair price and he and his crew did a FANTASTIC job. While he was giving me a quote for the gas stove, he noticed some water puddling in the front yard. Turned out it was a water leak from the city meter to the main line in my foundation. Josh came out the next day and fixed it right away. The last job they came for was an a/c drain issue. I came home after a 3 day vacation and my guest room and closet floors were soaked. I called Josh and, even though he was dealing with dental surgical pain, he was able to coordinate with one of his technicians to come out the same day and fix the a/c drain. I have them coming out today too work on the a/c drain again as my wife and I decided to just replace it all together to avoid potential future issues. Also, they do great job cleaning up afterwards too, which some other companies may not do. They really take the time to focus on your specific job and do it right the first time. As new homeowners, we were worried about contacting people to work on the house because I knew we could be prime targets to be taken advantage of, but I never felt any issues with Josh. I knew he was being honest, fair and reasonable in his assessments of the work we needed done. He really is an honest, hard working, and just overall great person. I would HIGHLY recommend Grand Slam Plumbing to anyone in the area. We have decided to continue using them for any other issues that may arise or just any upgrades we’d like to do. The people are great and the work is great. It’s hard to find a company that excels at all aspects of their business.

Josh and his team have worked for us on two occasions now. Both times they were quick to respond and did exceptional work. He answered all of our questions and is genuinely invested in making sure his clients are happy. It is hard to find great quality contractors these days. I highly recommend Grand slam plumbing. As a business owner myself I appreciate the high level of service his team provides. I can't say enough good things about Josh and his crew. 10/10
