(December 21, 2017, 10:14 pm)Lynn saved the day! I was out of my mind-worried about this major clog I had in my pipes. I couldn't use my sink OR my dish washer and it's WAY too close to the holidays for a kitchen disaster!! Thankfully he came in and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently. I most definately will be using Ell-Dee Plumbing in the future.????
(June 9, 2017, 9:03 am)I tried Ell-Dee for the first time this week and they were great. I described my issue, They quoted a price, came to the house the same day I called at the time that was convenient for me (I know this is not always possible) and fixed my problem for the price that was quoted over the phone. I had put the wrong thing down the kitchen sink disposal and clogged my pipes back in the wall where I couldn't get to it. My co-workers had said that will be an expensive fix and good luck. I had tried one of the big companies a few years ago and was totally unhappy with all of the additional sales pitch stuff, call customer service, etc etc etc that I got and the price was way more than I expected. Ell-Dee showed up five minutes early, understood what I wanted, fixed the problem and I was done. It was a totally honest and pleasant experience for a fair price. I came away with the impression (and re-confirmation) that there are good, honest plumbers that will do good work and really care about repeat customers. Highly recommend them. I didn't know them before at all, and only selected them because they were close by and had good Google reviews. Very glad I took the time to read their reviews and see all of the good things folks have written about them. It's a small business where the customer relationship matters.
