“I have lived here for 6 months and have had no issues that weren't either immediately taken care of or taken care of in a timely manner. My apartment has always been very clean and I make it a point to keep it that way. I might be crazy but I kind of like how the washer/dryer is in master. It makes it easier for me. My only complaint is sometimes they do not answer the phone but I know a lot of times they are very busy and only have one person working. Either way the staff has always been friendly and accommodating. A lot of these reviews seem fishy or old.”

“Two years ago and more, this marina was where people left boats to rot away!!!! Not now. Bad boats that don't run and look like floating yuck aren't welcome and have been towed out. It is a great place with nice people. A pool, showers, laundry, good parking a close to everything that you might need.”
