Not only is he super knowledgeable about tecnique, but he brings a real sense of fun and enjoyment to every group training. His approachable demeanor makes it easy to ask questions to take your fitness to the next level. We’re having a great time while getting fit at Anytime Fitness!

(December 29, 2018, 6:27 pm)I love this gym! The owners Jason & Melinda are so kind, helpful & accommodating. The gym is always clean & we are always notified of new “news” and any changes. They make you feel at “home” there, so much so, you WANT to go workout! Not only have I made a new family there, I’ve made some good friends.
The newest trainer Erik came in with his sunshine attitude ready & willing to train & teach us, but also to get to know us. He asked daily about how he can help us & got to know our strengths & weaknesses. He will kick your butt if you want or he will gently modify your workout for any aches, pains or injuries you may have. He always plays fun music & is in the AF spirit all the time! Even at 5:30am! ????
(December 29, 2018, 5:28 pm)This gym is so supportive of its members. They want to help you achieve your goals and do it in a healthy,safe fashion. I love the TEAM training classes. I have never been able to work with weights consistently and I am using more weight than I ever dreamed. The trainers are amazing and work with you to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. Erik is constantly pushing me to keep going and make the weight challenging. The people at the gym are also incredibly supportive and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend this gym! You will find friends and a great you!
