Natasha, one of the trainers and owner there, told me herself that they take an “agnostic approach to fitness.” Bingo, baby. The whole approach is very holistic and if you put in the effort, you will see results. By week one, I was already feeling better and lighter than ever. I was even getting compliments on my newly not-so-flat butt. Not only that, but all of the trainers are so kind and listen and make sure to put everything you say in mind. I have lower back and knee and ankle issues, and everyone has always been mindful of it. They make modifications to help me get to where I need to be. Now at the middle of my third month in(I started on Jan 8), I’m already fitting into jeans that only fit me when I was fasting for Ramadan, stronger than I have ever been, and much more confident. The facilities are small, sure. There’s no sauna, or pool or whatever, but there’s a great community, headed by a strong person. I’ve already started recommending this place to my sisters, friends and coworkers that are into fitness.”

“Absolutely love this box! The coaches are awesome! After doing my on ramp here, I could tell that they take your safety as a priority. They’re making sure you learn the movements and solidify them before you start slapping on more and more weight – which is completely different than other boxes I’ve tried in the area. I love that they care about you and making sure things are done right. So far, the people that I’ve met here are awesome too. I can tell that this box has the family atmosphere. So glad that I found Eximo because for once, I don’t want to not go to CF!”

“This gym is awesome Zach and Sharon are some of the nicest people ever! Zach is CSCS certified and is a great trainer. He helped me to get ready for playing college football and he knows what he is doing unlike other trainers I've had at your typical gyms. They offer group classes which are very community based everyone seems to be enjoying themselves in the groups that workout here. This gym has a lot of unique equipment which makes working out a lot of fun as there's always something different you can use for lifting weights. I'd highly recommend coming here to workout and if you are looking for a good trainer wether for getting ready for sports, or just trying to get back in shape, or even for those trying to achieve their new years resolution then come here and workout with Zach!”

“I love this gym! The owners Jason & Melinda are so kind, helpful & accommodating. The gym is always clean & we are always notified of new “news” and any changes. They make you feel at “home” there, so much so, you WANT to go workout! Not only have I made a new family there, I’ve made some good friends. The newest trainer Erik came in with his sunshine attitude ready & willing to train & teach us, but also to get to know us. He asked daily about how he can help us & got to know our strengths & weaknesses. He will kick your butt if you want or he will gently modify your workout for any aches, pains or injuries you may have. He always plays fun music & is in the AF spirit all the time! Even at 5:30am! ????”
