(January 31, 2019, 5:16 pm)This is a quaint homie laid back park. The manager Larry is Awsome! He is the most helpful and diligent Manager I've ever dealt with. The park is quiet and always being maintained. I was told there putting in free wifi, a laundry mat and guest house showers. Its a up and comming work in progress. The prices are great and they have a lease to purchase option so your actually buying the trailer instead of throwing money away. I think its great. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap and nice place to call home!

(October 13, 2017, 8:36 am)Very nice little park, we found it to be a great community for the 2 years that we lived there; and would definitely still be there if we didn't move for work.
