“I previously had a review on here for the Santa Fe laundromats made on Christmas Eve. I have frantically gone to wash my oversized comforter and dry it, all the while leaving the facility to attempt to get things ready for guess who would be arriving later on that evening. Being that there was no one in there for hours, and it was Christmas Eve they closed early. I frantically made a post as I was under pressure to attempt to retrieve my comforter. Here it is Christmas Day, they reached out to me as I left my information on the voicemail and came back and explain the situation to me and allowed me to come back and retrieve my comforter, even rewashed and dried the comforter for me. I am so grateful that they took the time out of their Christmas day to come and help me with this situation, at which I am partly to blame, so that I can accommodate my guess. I will be returning to the Santa Fe laundromat to wash my oversized comforter as my washer does not have the capacity to do so. And definitely Independence even so would recommend utilizing this facility. Thanks again and have a Merry Christmas.”
